I want to try and write semi-regular letters to Laine as she grows up, both for her sake and for mine. I know there will be so much that I forget about how she was and how I felt and all of the little things that brought so much joy or so much frustration. So I figure she will be able to use them for insight into what it was like for me to be her mommy, and I will have them as a way to remind myself of what these crazy first baby times were like! I figure between this blog, my personal blog, and these letters, I will have pretty good documentation!
